What Exactly Is Tooth Oil?

Dentists will always recommend that you invest in a fluoride toothpaste to help prevent decay and keep your smile whiter than white, but did you know that there’s another product on the market that could be just as good for your teeth? We’re talking about tooth oil and if you’ve never heard of it you need to read our quick guide today. So what exactly is tooth oil?

What is it?

Quite simply, it’s an oil that contains all sorts of amazing natural ingredients that can help you with your dental regime. Think vitamins A, C and E, green tea extract, sesame oil, ethereal oils and xylitol (a vegetable sugar known to help keep your teeth clean).

How to use it

Shake your bottle well before use and then rinse your mouth out with a teaspoon of the oil. Spread it around your entire mouth and teeth for a few minutes using your tongue and then spit it out. When you’re ready, brush your teeth and tongue as you normally would using a damp toothbrush. Then rinse well with water. You can also take it to work with you to use on the go so it’s a highly flexible option for keeping your teeth clean and sparkling fresh.

Oil Pulling

Also known as oil pulling, this way of cleansing your teeth is growing in popularity and recent studies have revealed that it can really prove beneficial in helping protect you against bad breath, plaque and gingivitis.

You can only give it a go and see if it’s right for you so why not get yourself a little bottle and try it out for yourself today.

I like to pull oil because it makes my mouth cleaner. If it does the other things it is claimed to do, then great. I always regarded oil pulling as an effective strategy to fight bad breath and tooth decay. My problem was I could not keep oil in my mouth for very long. I was then introduced to Tooth Oil which did not taste as bad. I have been using it regularly ever since then and my oral health is much improved.

I’ve been wondering for a while now how to oil pull and what benefits it would have. It still sounds a little weird to me and I don’t know what I would think about it, but I may give it a try and see what it can do for me. Thanks for the info though because I now finally have an answer to the question what is tooth oil. Amazing to see all the natural ingredients in the tooth oil.

I’ll definitely be ordering some of this oil to use alongside my normal dental routine. It is so important to look after your teeth, once they are damaged there is no going back. I’m really looking forward to seeing the results!

Kept hearing about tooth oil and found you online. Bottle arrived after a few days – maybe 4 and I got stuck in. Worked great on a trip as I enjoyed using it in my hotel room, trying the oil pulling for different lengths of time. Something everyone should have on hand when it’s needed 🙂 – it really does make a difference

This product really helped me a lot with bad breath issues. It’s great to feel the mouth all tingly and fresh. Doing Oil Pulling to pull all the bacteria out really made sense to me – as swishing the tooth oil around gets to more places I guess then my tooth brush did. Impressed by the natural microfine cleaning particles in the oil also – as that act to clean up the teeth mechanically. It really is quite a unique little product. Would recommend to all.

I’ve had some pretty serious issues with cavities in the past, even though I had an impeccable dental hygiene routine. Since using the tooth oil I found here, I haven’t had any further issues. Even my dentist is impressed. It just feels so good. Highly recommend 🙂

Oil pulling is important if you want to quickly remove all the harmful toxins from your mouth and prevent most oral diseases. Many people actually have oral and gum diseases but they do not know about that. Taking proper prevention is the way forward.

Its always great to have one product that contains many natural and healthy ingredients in one formula. The natural sugars (Xylitol) has the tastes good but it does not convert to other harmful substances that can corrode the teeth (like many other mouthwashes and gums do).

I heard about it from a friend at the office so I figured I’d give it a try. As long as I use it consistently, i don’t get sore gums anymore and my mouth generally feels better.

My teeth don’t feel clean now unless I use tooth oil to be honest, it’s really easy to use and there is a noticeable difference afterwards. Just wish I’d started using it earlier, highly recommend it.

I travel a lot, so I don’t get much free time but I do like to make sure I take good care of myself (even though I do partake in the odd glass of red), especially the bits people get to see so keeping on top of dental hygiene is a high priority for me. I LOVE the fact it’s travel sized, perfect for my travel bag. Definitely sold on giving this a trial, then I foresee one bottle left at home and one bottle popped in the travel bag!
