    One way to help reduce your wife’s stress is to half the household chores in the most beneficial fashion. For example, if your wife is experiencing hot flashes, then make the cooking one of your jobs so she’s not exposed to hot appliances like the stove or the oven, which can cause hot flashes to flare up.

    Maintain a healthy body weight and lean body mass would really help, also sleeping in cool room helps to control stress and make you feel relaxed. Well it works for me anyway. Anyone else?

    Thanks for providing this information, it makes total sense to work with mother nature where possible and avoid side-effects or unwanted reactions. Menopause means you have to be patient with yourself and work out what works best for you. Everyone’s different.

    I’m 43 and had a partial hysterectomy 11 years ago. The past year I have felt changes in my mood and weight gain so I assumed that my ovaries were done. Instead of HRT I thought I would try these supplements. My moodiness has improved and the night sweats are diminishing. Sleeping better as well. Not loosing weight yet but am hopeful with exercise and better food choices it will start. Pretty sure my metabolism has plummeted.
